STEFAN CONRADIE
Stefan is the Franchise Manager at Rawson Developers Sales and Rentals, joining the team in 2020 after completing his BCom in Business Management and Marketing. Through dedication and hard work, he has risen to oversee the franchise, while also managing Rawson’s Short-Term Division and serving as Head of Operations at The Trade Boutique Hotel in Cape Town.
XOLANI THOBELA
Xolani joined Rawson Developers Sales and Rentals in 2022, bringing over seven years of experience in hospitality and real estate. Supported by a strong accounting background, he currently serves as Accounts Manager and is recognised for his strategic financial insight, meticulous attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring accurate, well-managed financial operations.
SIPHOSETHU RATAZA
Siphosethu was appointed Office Manager at Rawson Developers Sales and Rentals in 2025. She comes from a qualified events management background and brings strong organisational and leadership skills to the role. Siphosethu oversees the day-to-day management of the office, ensuring smooth operations, coordinating staff workflows, and maintaining high standards of client service.
BIANCA CONRADIE
Bianca joined Rawson Developers Sales and Rentals in 2022 as a Rental Partner and currently manages a rental portfolio of nearly 200 properties. She is a member of the Rawson Pinnacle Club, an exclusive annual recognition program for top-performing agents. She has consistently been awarded for leasing the highest number of residential units in the Southern Region.
GADIJA DILGEE
Gadija is a long-standing member of the Rawson Developers Sales and Rentals team and currently serves as a Rental and Sales Partner. She is a top-performing rental and sales agent and a member of the Rawson Pinnacle Club. Highly knowledgeable across all aspects of the property market, she brings over 10 years of experience backed by a strong banking background.
FRANCOIS HENNING
Francois is an admitted attorney who joined Rawson Developers Sales and Rentals in 2023 and currently serves as a Rental and Sales Partner. He manages a rental portfolio of over 150 properties and is a recognised member of the Rawson Pinnacle Club for top-performing agents. Recently, Francois began specialising in sales, broadening his expertise to deliver comprehensive property solutions.
